Welcome to the RPR Blog

Some years ago when Patricia and I were presenting our paper 'Not for the Faint Hearted' at the PMI congress in Seattle, we asked the question 'who has a troubled project'. About four hands went up out of an audience of four hundred! Laughing aside we know from experience that admitting that your project is perhaps having a few additional challenges can be difficult, ususally because your job or career is at stake.

So quite simply we want to be able to provide top quality knowledge, with the emphasis on the practical, that is easily accessible and that you can learn and apply immediately, to get your self out of a hotspot or improve the chances of keeping your project on track...without the world having to know!

After many months of hard work we finally launched RPR yesterday. We are really excited about this site and are totally committed to continue to develop and grow it over the months and years with new products and techniques.

The great thing about project management is that you can always learn something, particularly when things don’t always go according to plan – so let us know of your experiences and issues and cut your stress.

Have a good weekend!

Having taught thousands of project management practitioners from various industries I usually get what I call the 'quick fix' questions in all my classes. Understandably, due to time constraints and business demands, everyone is seeking a fast and easy way to solve their project problems. Of course, there is no short-cut to successful project management. RPR has offered for the first time a way to access practical and realistic solutions that works!!!
